The Twins are here!!

Well after all of the hospital scares they are here safe and sound. I went off the medication on monday morning and went in to labor early tuesday Jan 13. Emma Yoshiko Jinks and Sophie Miyake Jinks were born at 9:54 and 10:02 am. They were together for about 2 hours for family and friends to ohh and ahhh at them before they were taken to be checked out. They were both having trouble breathing and little Sophie had to be taken to the NICU. She had to be put on oxygen. Today, after a week in the intensive care we found out that she will be coming home tomorrow. Yipee. We are so proud of her for being so strong and pulling through all of the trials that she has had. So Im nearing the end of my pregnancy. I went to the doc last Wednesday and he said that I am making a little progress but that on Tuesday I will most likely be able to go off of the medicine that is keeping me from having contractions. SOOOooo maybe we will finally be able to meet the twins this week or next week. I cant believe it is almost here!! Thank you everyone that has been so helpfull and loving durring all of the hospital scares and bed rest. I love you all.

New Years!

Here is our tradition ... every year we go to my grandmas for New Years day and eat eat eat, and always get a cute snap shot of us three girls by grandmas yummy food... Ethan had so much fun too, he wanted to do " cheers" with everyone he saw.

Christmas time!!

1st Snow!!

Well its the first big snow storm of the year and wow was it a big one. We had our ward christmas party on Saturday and then we went to mikes work Christmas party. It was really fun. I got to meet lots of nice people that mike works with. Here are some cute pics of the ward Christmas party where Ethan saw Santa and some snow pics. My parents watched Ethan while we went to Mikes work party. He loved the snow!!

33 weeks?

Just an update... went to the doc.... the babies are 4 1/2 lbs each.... they say Im 33 weeks along not 32 YIPEE.... and I dont have to go in for another 2 weeks. They are looking great and I still have not changed in the progression of the labor. All is looking good.

Mike and my parents took Ethan to Target to get some pictures taken for his 2nd birthday. Mike said that he was pretty good and we did get some good pics out of it. Here are some of the best ones....
