Vegas with family...

We were able to head down to Vegas right before Christmas this year. On the way down the weather was CRAZY....Lots of rain...crazy fog and really windy. The kids did really well in the car and we made it there in one piece. Mikes parents, uncle and sister and her husband were all down there waiting for us.

We had a great time playing games with the kids at Circus Circus and had some great meals. One meal we went to Hank's Steak house for dinner and got the most awful looks from people who thought I was crazy for bringing my three little kids to a fancy steak house. The kids were luckily the best they have ever been in a restaurant. For those of you who have dinned with us know that they are pretty dang crazy so when they were good I was so relieved!!

It was mikes birthday when we were down there so we went to the Vegas bowl that the UofU was playing in. It was a really fun time but the Utes let us down and lost the game! We were on the first row so had a good view of the slaughtering of the UTES!

Taking kids to Vegas is a whole different trip. I am so happy that they had a good time but am glad to be back to the calm of being home!

Mike got to open his Bday presents before we left!

We even got to see Santa in the outlet mall!!!
Here we are at the UTES game!

Lots of game playing!!

Naughty right before Christmas???

Yup the girls sure were!! Ethan was a nice enough brother to share a coloring book and some crayons with his little sisters. The girls threw that coloring book aside and attacked the walls!! I'm in my room thinking the girls sure are playing nice and it has been a while sense I heard one of them yell " NOOO MINE". The next thing I know Ethan comes in and tells me in his own cute little voice..... "One of those babies (he doesent know which one is which) colored on the wall!"

I walked in to see one whole section of wall and their door covered in toddler high scribbles! I very sternly told them NO NO! So the girls are balling because they knew they did something bad and then I went into Ethans room and he is crying too because I was "yelling" ( I never yell....just speak loudly) at the girls. I had to explain that they have to learn and I need to discipline them.

So all in all Ethan got a treat for being a good big brother and sharing his crayons and for coming and telling mommy when they were being bad. All I can say is that I sure have one cute little sensitive boy!

Look at Emmas little squinty face in this pic!!! Hahaha

Jazz Game

A few weeks ago we were able to go to a Jazz game and sit on the 3rd row!! I was so excited. I have never sat that close!! Nor will I probably ever again sit that close! Thanks to Ryan for the awesome hook up! We had a great dinner before with all of the DataJAM employees and split up once we got to the game. Thanks for the great night everyone!! It would have been much better if the Jazz had won but it was still a good time!

Party time!!!

Ethan's birthday party this year....although a week late due to sickness..... was soooo fun!! We went to The Incredible Pizza Company. Ethan had a blast and was so happy to open presents and play with all of his family and friends!!

Ethan's 4!!!

Yeah I know Im a little late on the Birthday post for Ethan but we all got SUPER sick over his birthday weedend. We even had to move his birthday party to this weekend! Poor little but was the one that got sick first and then eventually almost all of us got it too. We are all getting back to normal now and ready to move on from this bug.

I cant believe it has already been 4 years! Ethan grew up so fast! He is such a loving and happy boy. He can read most words without help. He knows all of his letters and numbers and has for quite a while. He loves to play games on his Wii and with us! He is so smart an loves to learn! He is a ball full of energy and I am thankful every day that I get to be his mom! He is such a sensitive little boy just like his mommy!

Thank you so much for being the BEST "BIG" boy there ever was! I hope you know how much your family loves you, even your sisters!! Thank you for making our lives a thousand times happier!! I am so excited to see you get bigger and bigger every day!
