Im Thankful For...

This year I am most thankful for....

- MY LOVING HUSBAND- He is always there for me and has given me everything. He has given me a beautiful baby boy, a loving home environment, the blessing of twin girls that are on the way and staying healthy and much much more. We have been sealed the the temple for time and all eternity and that couldnt make me happier. He has taken such good care of me while I have been on bed rest....THANKS MIKE you are the best!! I love you with all of my heart.

-MY BEAUTIFUL SON ETHAN- He is just the light of my life. He makes me laugh every day and is the most loving little boy you will ever see. He enjoys every moment and even says his own little prayers at night, which always brings a tear to my eye. I am so proud of him and cant wait to see what other smiles he has to bring to everyone. I love you my little BEAR!! Thanks for being you.

-MY FAMILY- I have the best family!! There is so much support in both my family and Mikes family. Everyone is always there to help and I am so thankful for that. Grandma has made me food while I have been on bed rest, My mom calls and checks on me everyday, I know everyone has our family in their prayers that the twins will get her safe and sound, and best of all we all share so many wonderful memories and laughs to last a lifetime.

-MY FRIENDS- I know I may not have many but those that I do have really make my life great. I love all of my friends from work. They have been so concerned with all that has been going on and I am so flattered that they care enough to check on me and make sure I am ok. I love you guys! Aside from work I have friends all around me that I am so thankful for. Thanks everyone for your support and love.

-MY FAITH- I am a proud member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I know that I am where I am because of my faith in The Church. Heavenly Father blesses me on a daily basis and I know he is watching over my family. I am also thankful for the Scriptures, though I don't read as much as I should I know that they are there to give us knowledge and guidance through our life.

I am thankful for so many things and this just scrapes the tip of the iceberg. I hope you all know how much I love you and hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

Halloween

Here are some cute pics from Halloween. It has taken me a long time but at least they are worth the wait. We carved pumpkins and Ethan got so messy. He loved it!!

We went to Jessicas work for trick or treating. We had a lot of fun and got a ton of candy!


We went to Foothill Village to trick or treat there too. There were a ton of kids and it was also a blast!!

Just an UPDATE on the twins....

Im sure most of you have heard that I was in the hospital over the weekend well here is the story.... I had a regular doc appt on Friday and he checked me and said that I was 1 1/2 CM dilated and 50% effaced, for those of you who don't know what that means ... its not good. So he told me that I would need to go on bed rest and stop working. They gave me a shot in my butt that would develope the babies lungs just incase they came early. WOW what a shock. I felt fine and was just so concerned about the babies. I called my job and told them that I couldnt work and informed family and friends. I relaxed that day and then Saturday morning at about 5:30 am I started to have what I thought were Braxton hicks contractions, well they lasted about an hour and were getting really frequent. I called my doc and he said to go into the hospital. I went and they admited me. They put me on meds that stopped the contractions and the progress of labor. They also gave me one more of the lung developing shots for the babies. I stayed in the hospital all of saturday and sunday and came home this morning. It has been an emotional ride but I know I have lots of friends and family praying for me and the babies. I have another doc appt on Thursday and I will keep everyone updated, in the mean time I will updating my blog. I havent been on for the longest time so expect some cute pics to come.

Ethans cousin Hana

Mikes sister Malia sent us some adorable pics of Hana at her 4 year old photo shoot. They are sooooo cute!!! All Ethan can say when we show him the picture is HANA HANA HANA. I can't believe she is getting so big. We miss you guys and hope to see you soon!

Birthdays! Birthdays!

Well its birthday season in the Miyake family. Jessica had her birthday on Sept. 14, Tee's was in September. Ashley's birthday is this weekend, and Debbie and me are also this month!! Happy Birthday to US!!! Here are some pics from Jessica's birthday....

Its about time....

So Ive been getting alot of guff for not updating my blog. Well here you go... We went out to dinner with my cousin Ashley. She lives in Cedar City now going to school and so we miss her a ton!! WE LOVE YOU ASHLEY!! We had some delicious food and you cant go there without getting the Chocolate Molten Cake. YUMMM !!! Ethan kept us entertained with all of his new tricks....

The Utah State Fair

We ventured to the Utah State Fair last week and had a great time. Ethan loved seeing all of the animals and eating all of the fun treats like chocolate covered strawberries. Yuuummmm One thing we didnt try but mike really wanted to was the deep fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich...my thoughts YUCK.
